Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Northbrik website, platform, and related services provided by Northbrik Systems Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Our services

Northbrik provides a client acquisition platform that helps users find businesses with website opportunities, review lead intelligence, generate outreach content, and track sales activity.

We also provide website development services, including fixed-price packages and agency overflow delivery. Where you purchase website development work from us, those services are provided under these Terms unless we agree separate written terms for a specific project.

Accounts and eligibility

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorised people, unless your plan expressly allows team access.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Current plan names, pricing, and feature limits are shown on our website at the time you subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option you choose. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

We may change subscription pricing or plan features from time to time. If a change affects your current subscription, we will give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next billing period.

If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received.

Free access

We may offer limited free access to the platform, including a restricted number of searches or features each month.

Free access may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee that free access will remain available.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the platform to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or spam communications.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute platform data or outputs except as permitted by your plan.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Use the platform in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload malware, interfere with the service, or probe systems without authorisation.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting leads.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

Lead data and outreach

Northbrik may surface business information drawn from public listings, directories, and other sources available at the time of search.

Lead data, opportunity signals, fit scores, and generated outreach content are provided for business development support only. They are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate.

You are responsible for verifying lead details, complying with marketing and telecommunications laws, and deciding whether and how to contact any business.

We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in sales, meetings, website projects, or any particular commercial outcome.

Intellectual property

We own or license the platform, website, branding, software, and content we provide, except for content you submit.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use that content only to provide and improve the services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

Privacy and data protection

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you use Northbrik to process personal data about your leads, prospects, or customers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for complying with applicable data protection law.

Website development services

If you engage us for website development or agency overflow work, you agree to provide timely briefs, feedback, assets, and approvals needed to deliver the project.

Quoted prices cover the scope described in the relevant proposal, package, or email confirmation. Additional work outside that scope may require a revised quote.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for providing domain access, content, branding assets, and third-party accounts needed for delivery.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime.

We may update, improve, or remove features from time to time. If we discontinue a material paid feature, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or notice before removal where practical.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make any warranty that the platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that lead data or generated content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising in connection with the services in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 or the total fees paid by you to us in that period, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. If you have a subscription, you are responsible for cancelling it through the applicable billing process unless we confirm cancellation in writing.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law.

Changes to these Terms
